Cut red pepper and put into food processor

Transfer to pan

Cut some garlic and white onion and add to pan

Add a pinch of chilli/cayenne pepper and half a teaspoon of turmeric

If you want a zingy taste, grate 2-3cm of fresh ginger into sauce

Sea Salt and Pepper to taste

This sauce can also be kept for a few days in the fridge and used on lentil

patties  for lunch.
