1 cup buckwheat flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

Pinch of sea salt

1 egg, beaten in 1 cup of milk


Grease lightly with butter. Mix dry ingredients together. Add egg, milk and butter, mixing well after each addition. Pour 1/4 cup batter onto hot griddle.

Cook until bubbles break on the surface, turn and bake an addition 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or until browned.
