Another slightly different version to hummus prepared with garbanzo beans
½ cup of black beans, well drained
½ cup of garbanzo beans, well drained
¼ cup of tahini
2 cloves of fresh garlic, crushed
4 tablespoons of lemon juice
½ tablespoon of salt
1 tablespoon of cold pressed olive oil
Combine the black beans, garbanzo beans, tahini, garlic, lemon juice and salt in a food processor and mix until smooth. Transfer into a serving dish and drizzle with good quality cold pressed olive oil. This can be eaten with either freshly cut cucumber, celery or carrot sticks or with chia seed crackers
